| Boiler Systems | Cooling Tower Systems | Closed Loop Systems | Coil Cleaners | Other Water Treatment Products | Additives Inc. offers
a full range of water and steam treatment products for cooling towers,
boilers and closed loop heating/cooling systems. Specialty products are
also available for cleaning air-cooled fin tubes and evaporator coils,
for algae/slime removal and control, and for general purpose cleaning/degreasing.
For closed loop systems, Additives Inc. also produces inhibited glycol
heat transfer fluids and high-temperature, alkylate-based fluids. Additives Inc.'s water treatment technology developed as a logical outgrowth of its antifreeze and heat transfer fluid additive business, and its associated expertise in corrosion inhibition and heat transfer surface protection. We developed the formulations for our water treatment products based on the latest available technology and continue to keep them up-to-date with our modern laboratory facilities. All of our water treatment products are biodegradable, environmentally compatible and have low health hazard ratings. Additives Inc.'s water treatment products are manufactured at its plant in Denver under a strict quality control program. We monitor our customers' steam and water systems both by analyzing samples in our lab and by testing in the field upon request.

Tower Systems However, Additives Inc. offers supplemental products to deal with special situations and to clean and treat closed water systems, which are often associated with cooling towers. For example, we have products to increase anti-scaling protection for situations in which make-up water contains very high hardness levels and products to boost algicidal/biocidal power.
