Our policy of making our technical staff and laboratory resources available to our customers, often without charge, is the foundation of our customer service program, and is unique in the industry. Additives Inc.'s experienced chemists and engineers will assist you with system troubleshooting that may be necessary to help you optimize the use of our products. We routinely provide pre- and post-installation analysis and testing, and maintenance monitoring services at no additional charge.

Additives Inc.'s laboratory routinely processes samples from customers representing many industries across the country. We assist our customers with quality control, process control, problem solving, troubleshooting and product development. We believe that it is important to ensure that you obtain the best possible performance from our products, and our highly qualified technical staff will work with you toward this goal.

The identity and condition of all samples are recorded upon receipt and the unused portions are stored as retained samples for 6 months for antifreeze/coolant/glycol samples and 12 months for heat transfer fluid samples. Samples are analyzed using the latest ASTM methods and all laboratory instruments are calibrated and standardized routinely.

Additives Inc. places a high priority on understanding and meeting our customers’ individual needs. We do not limit you in terms of the types of treatment programs that we offer. We will work with you to design a program that best meets your requirements in terms of treatment equipment, product selection, and testing/analysis.
